A creative agency needed a workplace that let the work speak. A clean rectangular plan with a simple circulation spine keeps the logic clear. Polished concrete and exposed structure give it edge; crisply detailed partitions dress the public areas. The neutral palette steps back and lets the work products be the hero. Grey marble adds quiet richness. Lighting does the rest.
