A seven-story building in Fulton Market deserved a lobby & amenity floor that knew its neighborhood. The palette draws from local street art and the building's own brand identity - dimensional artwork against geometric millwork and Venetian plaster, a perforated metal path to the elevator bank, brass-accented way-finding. Up top: a fitness center, flexible lounge, and a 9,000sf terrace with unobstructed skyline views.
